In addition to the ever-changing questions, Moogie allows students to do their Work-Outs in the Learning Strand of their (or their teacher's) choice. And Moogie remembers how students do on each question - not just overall in an area.
In 1999, Moogie Math Plus was released. The Plus version allows teachers to create worksheets and tests by selecting how many questions for each objective should be used. Because the numbers always change, every worksheet is different. As you can imagine, the ability to create an unlimited number of worksheets customized for precisely what their students need is very well received by teachers.
In 2004, Moogie Math officially went online as Moogie on the Net. Now there is no need to install software and wonder, "Do we have the latest version?" Moogie can be used on any operating system with a browser and Internet access.
Moogie on the Net also saw the added features of Online Assessments, AWWS (Actively Working the Weak Spots) Follow-up Workouts, teacher-defined Moogie Educational Plans (MEP's), and the ability for students to Stomp their Red Flags.
Next up will be Moogie Mach 10. It will combine all the best parts of each of the existing forms of Moogie. The anticipated release date is June 1, 2007.
Moogie Math meets NCTM, NAEP and most state standards.
