e Frontier has released MotionArtist 4 for Windows, an upgrade to the company’s inexpensive and easy-to-use Flash animation software. MotionArtist 4 enables anyone to create banner ads, digital photo albums, website designs, presentations, greeting cards and web comics. Key features in this new version include: new wizards and templates, an improved timeline and text editing palette, a new browser preview, and additional clip art to choose from.
